Kerry has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 18 years following her career in the NHS. She has worked mainly in the field of NHS strategy, training and liaison and market access and has in-depth knowledge of policy both within the NHS and the pharmaceutical industry.

She has been responsible for the development and delivery of the NHS training agenda across a large pharmaceutical organisation and for influencing the strategic environmental direction within the brand marketing plans. Kerry also developed the benchmarking, market access training induction program for the NHS Liaison teams.

Kerry has managed key market access accounts at a national level during the pre launch phase of new compounds and ensured environmental guidance supported the product launch. She has also led a team of Healthcare Development Managers and successfully delivered national and local sales targets whilst in this senior management role.
