He has specialised, since 1996, in training and consultancy on sales and marketing issues and, more specifically, in
- general management and salesforce skill training;
- sales and marketing business planning, resource allocation, sales target setting, forecasting, and tactical implementation
- one to one coaching
Julian has lectured to MBA students at University College London and industry conferences on strategic sales management. He has also had work published on salesforce business planning in the UK pharmaceutical national press, and is Treasurer of the Pharmaceutical Sales Managers Group.
