Jane Thomas has over 15 years experience working in the pharmaceutical industry. Her wide range of therapeutic experience includes cardiovascular, anti-infectives and oncology. She has held marketing posts at local affiliate level as well as senior marketing posts at a global level giving her an excellent understanding of pharmaceutical markets worldwide. Latterly Jane has enjoyed several years working as a consultant for some of the top pharmaceutical companies. Specialising in the cardiovascular and particularly oncology areas, her projects have included KOL mapping, strategic planning and global training.

Jane built her successful sales and marketing career with Rhone-Poulenc Rorer first as a medical representative followed by product manager posts with new products and the cardiovascular division. She then moved into global marketing at the RPR headquarters in Paris holding senior posts in the anti-infective and worldwide oncology marketing division. Here she gained considerable experience in international marketing both at an operational and strategic level and also in joint ventures.

During her career, Jane has successfully managed products at all stages of the life cycle from pre-launch, launch and post launch at both a local and international level.
