Jacky has spent eighteen years in the pharmaceutical industry where she has held a series of senior roles developing an excellent breadth of experience before setting up her own consultancy business in 2010.

Jacky started her working career within the NHS as a registered nurse and has worked both within the UK and Australian Healthcare Systems. On returning to the UK she joined the pharmaceutical industry as a representative and went on to work in a variety of functions, including sales, marketing, payer and market access.

Jacky has a proved track record within the industry for developing and successfully delivering new ways of working and change management. She has lead teams of marketers, second line sales managers and NHS Liaison teams with great success and her experience of working within the NHS and the pharmaceutical industry has resulted in an in-depth knowledge of NHS policy and stakeholders.

She has been responsible for defining organisational response to the changing market environment and providing strategic direction and leadership to large divisions (headcount of c300), achieving sales and profit targets and liaison with Global and European Marketing Teams.

Jacky's breadth of senior level experience including an in depth knowledge of market access, account management brings to GalbraithWight strong and authoritative strategic insight into the issues and challenges facing the pharmaceutical industry over the coming period.
