Glenda has a Masters of Business Administration from London Business School and extensive experience in the areas of organisational development (process and behaviour), performance management, process improvement and, training and development. Her industry experience embraces both Western and emerging markets and she has been based in Australia since 1999.

Glenda’s main areas of focus with organisations has been internal communications, management development, business coaching and process improvement.. Glenda is very much a hands on implementer, and has a successful track record of managing and implementing complex assignments to tight timescales and budgets.

For the early part of her career Glenda worked in the United Kingdom with clients such as Bristol-Myers Squibb, BT, BP, Ford Motor Company, Jaguar Cars, AXA/Sun Life, Britannic Assurance, Granada, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and GNER (Great North Eastern Railways).
